Crashing after Windows update (Solidworks shell extension)

hello support people

recently WINDOWZZ, (10pro) has done some updates/ upgraeds etc. the last was mid day today.
now, late evening each time i attempt to do anything with DO it just crashes. sometimes it automatically reopens but mostly i have to reopen

im trying to reorganise some folders on one of my HDD, nothing unusual or unusual

so im wondering if other users are encountering the same issues

The dumps you sent indicate that the Solidworks shell extension is crashing, and taking Opus with it.

If they don't have an update which fixes it (the version you're on looks like it's from 2018 from the DLL dates) then I would disable it using ShellExView, after which it's best to reboot and then see if the problem remains.
