Pro edition V 12.20 x86 Build 7394 30 March 2020 is crashing when trying to create thumbnails.
Error 0xE06D7363 occured in thread 'dopus.thumbgenerate' at address 0x7599845D.
4 crashes so far today. Any ideas?
That may be caused by a bug in Opus itself, but could also be due to a shell extension something else has installed which generates thumbnails for some file types.
Narrowing it down to a particular file or files is a good first step:

thanks Leo, the folder contained some large TIF files as I was moving them to a different folder when the error occured. Ill try to replicate the error.
