Default sorting of folder

Hi! I just wonder if I could set the setting of a folder. I have a folder where I keep my downloads, and when I open it I would like it to ALWAYS be sorted so I have the newest files og top, and always i details mode. I know this takes just a click or two, but I would like it to be like that in advance.

Can this be done?
