Direct Folders 4.2, which worked well in previous versions, does not work.
I really need this feature.

Does it integrate with DO a paths for "Save as" Explorer dialogs? (as Listary, but Listary becomes too slow with DO13). is there alternatives?

It works well in Explorer and Total commander.

What doesn't work, specifically?

If it's the same issue as in this thread, you should be able to make things work again by changing Opus's window title configuration. (But Direct Folders should be using a better method to get the path out of Opus than relying on the window title; details in the thread.)
