Changes in this release:

Added Preferences / Toolbars / Options / Move top-row toolbars into the window title bar option. When turned on, the top row of toolbars will appear in the Lister's title bar rather than below it. Any blank spaces in the top row of toolbars (e.g. Spacer buttons) can be used to drag the window. The window icon (top-left) can also be used to move the window if Shift or Ctrl are held down (in case there's nowhere on the toolbar that can do it). Note that currently this feature is only supported for Windows 11, support for earlier versions will be added in the next release.

The HTTP proxy settings are available again (under Preferences / Internet / Proxy).

Fullscreen viewer now pauses its slideshow if you click the top or bottom to open the menu or shortcut bar, and resumes automatically after they're closed.

Viewer's random slideshow is now random from the start, instead of showing the first image and then randomizing.

Fixed viewer's random slideshow using the same sequence each time.

Fixed progress dialog forgetting which control had focus if it was minimized and then restored via the Jobs bar and the "Hide from taskbar when jobs bar is visible" option was turned off.
