DO failed to restore windows before close when restart PC

Hi,
I have 2 questions about the DO window.

  1. DO software is set to run automatically when the system starts, normally it should be Automatically open the window that was open when last closed the DO program.
    However, after I restarted turn on the computer (when DO had not displayed the last closed window properly), I quickly opened a new window, and as a result, the window that was open before I shut down the computer would not be restored!
    May I ask how this problem can be fixed?

  2. In addition, DO software will automatically back up the opened windows (e.g. not for 10 minutes, or before shutdown), but where can I find the windows that are automatically backed up? How can I restore them?
