I think dopusrt is legacy name from Amiga Opus. I think rt meant "resource tracker" in these days but I'm really not sure.
I don't remember a dopusrt from the Amiga version, although I haven't bothered to launch an emulator to check. 
It just means "Run Things" as Jon mentions at the end of the previous page. (Mentioning again here as it may get lost in the page break.)
