DOPUS 12 not responding on Windows 10

i recently started using DOPUS 12 and have found frequently that the DOPUS does not respond and I have to kill the task before I get control of my computer again. It is a brand new computer with nothing major loaded on it.

I have wiped the computer and reloaded as it was new and still the same problem it is very frustrating
