Dropbox context menu is missing

I have the current version of Dopus, 13. I have Dropbox installed. There’s a context menu for Dropbox on Explorer but it does not show up on Dopus. Lots of other context menus are present. Any ideas?

Do they appear in anything other than File Explorer?

Or if you right-click while holding Shift in Opus?

What else could I use besides File Explorer?

Shift rt click is no different than plain rt clk

Dropbox likes to mess up its context menu entries over time. Try uninstalling/rebooting/reinstalling it.

Open a Notepad and open its file dialog (Ctrl+O), see if the Dropbox context menu is available there too.

For me the Dropbox context menu is visible both there and in Opus.

I did that. And I ran a .reg script to update context menu updates. No joy.

I did that. Dropbox context menu is there. Presumably, the Notepad Open dialog uses file explorer, so that makes sense.

Check that Windows isn't configured to make Opus believe it's on an older OS version, as that would stop it trying to load Dropbox's context menus if they're using the newer API:

I know about compatibility mode, I've had occasion to use it for older software, and it wasn't used during installation.

However, how would I check to be sure compatibility mode really wasn't used?

That was a silly question, sorry. I've checked the program properties and compatibility mode is not being used. However, it seems to be installed twice somehow, on different drives, so I think I'll uninstall both and then reinstall.
