Enable slide out navigation buttons in corners and side is not working,I also tried with 1 ms delay but still it is not working

It worked fine the last time I tried it, but that feature is on our list to remove in the future, as it's not really that useful and gets in the way of some other things we have planned. So I'd recommend not using it, as it won't be there in the future.
Confirmed, this accidentally got broken in beta 12.14.1. We'll restore it in the next update.
In the meantime, you can make it work now by setting the delay to 0 ms.
(Also as Leo says, this feature is going to be removed in the future).
