Started today. Folder and file icons not showing. Restarted PC. I don't have any shell extensions installed.
However, If I open any folder location in Windows Explorer, and then go back to Opus, the icons all show. (I'm thinking of resetting icon cache?)
I haven't changed these settings, but here are what I see:
UPDATE: After deleting the icon cache file, and restarting, some icons show up now, but there are some missing.

I did what was suggested, installing 13.12, which doesn't have the issue, but after reinstalling 13.12.1 Beta, unlike others, the problem is still present. I'll be going back to 13.12 until the next update, hopefully will have this fixed.
