Hello,
I'm not sure how this happened, perhaps via Windows Update, but somehow today Opus is now showing a strange entry on the file context menu when I right-click an image file (second entry in screenshot). I've had issues with Windows Photo Viewer on Win10 since day one (randomly forgets the icon on files), but I've not seen this weirdness before. This is unique to Opus, I do not see this gibberish context menu entry in Windows File Explorer -- in File Explorer, the entry reads "Edit with Photos".
Now that it's there, does anyone have a tip on how to get rid of it or fix it?
