The option is there on Windows 11 for me:
Make sure Compatibility Mode has not been turned on for dopus.exe, as that would cause Opus to think it's running on a different version of Windows:
The presence of Homegroup in your list suggests that's probably what's going on, as that should not appear in later versions of Windows 10, let alone Windows 11 (since Homegroup was removed as a Windows feature).
