How to add a 'New folder' to context menu in Expandable Folders (sub-folders)

Hi All,

I have an issue that I can't figure out how to resolve so any help would be really appreciated.

I'm using the main file display with expandable folders. Is there a way to add a 'New folder' when you right click on some of the folders or sub-folders. At the moment, the right-click pop up (context) menu don't have that option/command. Is there a way to add it?
