How to import/install rename scripts?

I don't even know which search term makes sense to find topics like that in this forum.

Could someone please point me in the right direction.

I have downloaded:

But the File > Import dialog in the Renamer does not import those .orp

Now I get it.

Those are kind of pre made regular expressions - not scripts.

I can simply open/import them and use them right away. If I want to save them (as in keep them in renamer) I use File > Add Preset.
