How to not show hide file or folder?

Dear all
I have a boring question, how to hide the 'hide' files or folder in all cases?
In Opus9, I can configure it not to show 'protected system files' by configure 'Properties'->'Folders'->'Options'->'Hide protected operating system files'.
I hope that there can be a configure items for hide files and folders.
If it exists already, it is my pleasue that you can tell me where it is.
