By just reading the title, one could infer something like that...
As I see it, OP just grabbed a screenshot of MP3Tag and another program and posted it as a example 
Why would there be another list inside the metadata pane?
Doesn't the metadata pane in vertical look similar to this?
A script like this one or this other posted by @dasota could do the job as we speak or am I getting the wrong idea?
