Scenario: I have a series of directories nested within one another. Some of the folders contain as many as 7 levels of nested folders. I'd like to display a Flat View of the entire directory but only down to the nth level... I don't think this is possible.
You're right, it's not possible at the moment. Flat View is currently all or nothing.
You could do it using the Find tool, though, using subfolder clauses to limit the number of \ characters in the Location (which will limit the number of directory levels shown in the Find Results).
