Lister column view not saved

Hi,

I'm trying to save the view of my folders/files so that it shows me from left to right: filename, size, date, type and the rest don't matter so much to me. But I guess the default is filename, size, type and date. I've saved the folder format for All folders but it keeps coming up as "default". What should I do to correct this? I read a previous post on this but didn't understand it. I'm attaching a screenshot of my desired settings. Thanks for your help.

You probably just need to turn off Content Type detection.

Check out the Folder Formats FAQ for details. The quick steps at the top should be all you need unless something more complex is going on.

thanks nudel, turned off "content type detection" and worked!!
