Lister not Updating file list after delete action

This issue only affects one of my systems that I have DO installed on. (I have a Dual License)
Let me say that this particular system is a Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
:exclamation: I have a bit of a strange setup. :exclamation:

I have a large HD (3TB) Mounted into a Folder on another drive.

This problem only occurs when deleting files from from this volume.

It is also strange, as when I delete files & folders at one time. The folders disappear, but the files remain showing until I hit F5

Windows explorer that is open to the same folder, is immediately updated (properly) when I delete from DO

As an aside - I am unable to link my license to the forum account (Invalid registration code provided.)
The License Manager says my certificate is valid.

I did see the forum post to check for "Preferences-Miscellaneous-Advanced" "no_external_change_notify" is set to "false"
It is set to "false"

Same issue as this one, I think:
