It's something BitDefender have done by choice. You'll need to ask them about it. (Or switch to a better antivirus, e.g. ESET NOD32.)
BitDefender have chosen to hide their context menu from everything except Explorer.exe.

Hello, I use directory opus 11 and bitdefender total security 2016.
The problem is that dopus does not show the context menu items from bitdefender 2016.

Re "Copy as paths", Options to copy the file paths and file names are in a similar place in the Opus menu in your screenshot, just with slightly different names
