No offline Help in Dopus 13

After installing Dopus 13 trial on top of my registered v12, I noticed the Help sub-directory has disappeared. So I no longer have the offline .chm help file that I used to be able to access from the Help menu. How do I get it back for Dopus13? The online help (F1) is ok but I don't always have access to thew internet from my laptop.

Also is there a v13 pdf user manual for the final release?

I can't see anywhere to download these two things,

There is no offline help in Opus 13.
