PDF preview issues with different second monitor zoom

HI

I have an external monitor connected to my laptop, it has a different zoom setting (windows desktop settings menu) to the laptop display. This causes the Preview panel to mess up the PDF's I'm trying to view (they appear half off the page, cut off from the left.)

PDF viewers are not part of Opus. Opus just tells them which file to display and which window to appear in.

I don't see the same issue with the default Microsoft PDF viewer, FWIW.

You can configure the preview panel to use a different viewer by going to Preferences / Viewer / Plugins and configuring MetaPlugin, which is the thing that enables viewers for third-party APIs to work in Opus.

Got it, FoxitPDF was selected.

BTW. are any other spreadsheet viewers supported other than Excel? I've got Libra office installed but not MS office as we're google workspace subscribers.

Any that work in File Explorer should also work in Opus. I'm not familiar with the current options out there though, sorry.

In another recent thread, we found this can happen with some third-party viewers if Windows has DPI compatibility flags set on Opus.

If you see "DPI OVERRIDE:" in the title of Opus's main window, that indicates a compatibility flag is currently on, and should be turned off. Details here:

It works flawlessly now I've disable the foxit reader from the viewer plugin optons.

Thanks.
