Referring back to this thread: Toolbar STATE=Center and Folder Toolbar Conflict

Request a new state - call it dcenter, for example - be added that

(1) positions the toolbar in the center of a dual-display lister,
(2) maintains its position to the right of a single-display lister should the dual-display be closed, and
(3) stays to the left of the Metadata and/or Viewer pane when only a single-display lister is open

Support the OP's feature request.

It eliminated the need for two toolbars, one centered and one not, and the need to copy changes between the two toolbars
