Secret(?) inline icons or symbols for button labels with <%...> syntax

Good morning! o)

A user in the german forum posted a button using a label with some kind of placeholder in there to add little icons to button labels (not the actual button icon). I've never seen this before. He did not remember where he picked up the trick and whether it is documented anywhere.

<%error> <%update> etc..

I did some testing and put all these inline icons into multiple labels on their own toolbar. Are these inline icons ok to use? Are they documented and are they future proof to use?

And what about the styles, like bold and italic? Safe to use? o)

Thank you!

Ahh, I see, thank you! o)
So, not so secret, but also not documented, no problem you did! o)

I wonder if these little inline icons work in the text of script columns as well?!
I will try.. o)

Thanks! o)

They do!

I wasn't sure I remembered anything in the changelog correctly, but there you go! o)

I had to fiddle with the code, you need to set ".markup" instead of ".value", but indeed!
The icons show up! o) They do not scale (up) though, when resizing the file display text, why is that? o)
Anyway, this is much better then using "1" and "0".. o)

Thank you! o)

Maybe the unicode characters such as ✓, ✕, 🛇 etc. could work too

Yes, I assume they would do, but they look odd with small fonts very often.
