Start DO in specific folder

Is it possible to let DO open a specific folder in left folder tree and display the folder contents in the right panel, when it starts? And do this every every time DO is started?

For example:
DO opens c:\documents on each start in Folder tree, contents is displayed on the right panel

this helped but I noticed when opening a folder I the changes do not have effect on the subfolder.
Is this known/ as desired? It's a bit hard to illustrate this by words I can send a video demonstrating the issue if its desired.
