My halfway bit of theming / how I like toolbars and whatnot arranged. Should add that my laptop has one of those god-awful 16:9 1366x768 screens on it - hence the decision to save vertical toolbar space and stick the commands down the right hand side.
Cheers to everyone else sharing their setups too - it's interesting to see how the rest of you do it. And wow there's some great stuff out there ( My Sorta Different Dopus Configs <-- I'm tempted to whip out illustrator and Fireworks and get busy ... sadly client work has to come first ).
