This no longer seems to work for me since the update, with thumbnail images rotated the wrong way around:
Preferences > File Display Modes > Thumbnails > Rotate images automatically using EXIF metadata
The normal file thumbnail rotations are still perfectly fine.
We've made a quick re-release of 13.7 to fix this ASAP. If you re-download the installer, it should be fixed.
The change will also be in subsequent versions as well, of course.
The new (current) installer unfortunately doesn't seem to fix it.

It's possible the previous version of the installer was still cached by the CDN, could you please try downloading it again?
