Sorry if I'm causing clutter, but I'm trying to keep this as one question per thread.
My associate mentioned in this thread has uninstalled the product and was going to reinstall it in the hopes that it would correct the issue. When he did he got a message that his trial has expired when it should not be doing so. I still have a license available but want it for my computer I'm about to buy and don't want to lock it in to his machine. Is there any way we can get his trial period corrected so we can fix this issue and license the product? For that matter, if I use my license on his machine and then uninstall afterward, will it be available for use on my new one when I get it if the uninstall is complete at that time?
