Leo, my installation is 12.27, which shows as the latest version asat 21.03.2022 (64 version)... but I can't get webp resolution ?
(sorry, I'm very slow compared to other users) 
I don't see any file sizes for webp on my screen...
eg. it doesn't show 1920x2608 like Dopus does with JPG
You should see it as long as the WebP viewer plugin hasn't been disabled or removed.
Check if it's just a particular file which doesn't work and please start a new thread with details (e.g. a zip of some example image files that it don't work with) if you still have problems.
I give up... webp is associated (win-10) with Irfanview and changing that to Dopus is too complicated for me.

The FAQs have a section about assigning things to the image viewer, but that isn't necessary to see resolution information in the file display.
Please start a new thread and provide sample images if you need help. It's possible there's something about the specific files which is causing the resolution to not appear.
