What is the Advanced FTP option?
The Advanced FTP option enables secure FTP functionality (SSH and FTPS).
It's available for a small additional fee on top of the base licence price.
Note that you can still use regular (insecure) FTP without paying extra.
How do I add it to my licence?
Go to the self-service support page and login with your Opus registration code and registered email address.
(You can get those details from Help > Licence Manager in Opus if you don't have a record of them).
Then in the Installs and Features section, turn on the Advanced FTP option and follow the prompts below to provide payment for the feature.
Once payment is processed you'll receive a new program certificate which needs to be installed in the program to enable the feature. Please see the instructions in the email you'll receive for more information.
