When the path belongs to a file, the parameter `NEWTAB=findexisting` is invalidated

For example, run dopusrt.exe /cmd Go "C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\example.txt" NEWTAB=deflister, findexisting twice or more on the command line, you will find the parameter NEWTAB=findexisting is invalidated.

I'm guessing it's because the path belongs to a file, it works fine when the path belongs to a folder.

This has caused some confusion at times. Is it possible to solve this problem, please help me, thanks :sob:
