Where do I find the Folder options?

Hello,

I found this quick guide: Folder Formats: Quick Guide
The pictures show the folder options under the Folder button. But I don't have this (see picture)
Sorry for the noob question I am new to this app.

Folder Options... = Folder Format...

Folder > Folder Format – Used to be named "Folder Options".
