Tutorial video: Creating complex directory structures

This tutorial video is about creating complex directory structures.

It starts by showing what can be done using Opus's built-in functionality, then expands on that with a simple button to automate part of the work, and finishes by showing how you can integrate a VBScript to do even more.

Even if you don't need to do the actual task shown in the video, the techniques it demonstrates can be applied to a variety of different situations.

I hope you find it useful!

As always, the video is available in HD (720p) and includes optional subtitles and (if you view it on the YouTube page) a transcript.

Buttons used in the video:

Another fantastic video, Leo! Thanks :thumbsup:

Thanks Leo...

Thoughtful and helpful.

Didn't know about the backslash trick to create a subfolder. Nice!

@leo
Thanks for the fine video :slight_smile: Alas the download link doesn't work anymore. The button is so very similar to what I need for my pat project ...

The URL goes to YouTube and the video is still playing OK for me.

yep, the video is playing, but I can't download the buttons :open_mouth:

YouTube being weird. Clicking the link didn't work, but copy & pasting it into the address bar did.

I've attached the zip to the root post to make things easier.

Thanks a lot :slight_smile: I've got all together some 6k actors to deal with...
